Active U.S. RN License (FL/TX) Required MDS experience not required - training provided Full-Time position Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate resident assessment records and ICD-10 diagnoses Assist in coordinating and managing MDS assessments in accordance with RAI guidelines Complete and transmit MDS assessments accurately and within required timeframes Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure accurate clinical documentation and coding Develop and maintain individualized care plans that support quality resident outcomes Support regulatory compliance, reimbursement accuracy, and quality measure performance Review clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness Work closely with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care Qualifications: Active, unrestricted U.S. RN License (FL/TX) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Long-term care, rehab, or healthcare experience preferred This is an excellent opportunity for a U.S.-licensed RN living in Israel who is seeking a flexible, non-bedside role with training and growth opportunities.
