What You'll Do Handle state licensing, change-of-ownership (CHOW) filings, and CMS enrollment Support facility acquisitions, leases, and entity maintenance Draft and track vendor and managed care contracts Coordinate subpoenas, records requests, and claims with outside counsel What You Bring 3+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in healthcare or long-term care Licensing or CHOW experience strongly preferred Highly organized, able to manage many deadlines independently Benefits Health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
