Job Description Seeking an experienced Construction Estimator for a U.S. construction company. Requirements & Responsibilities: Lead pre-construction estimating, budgeting, procurement, and scheduling Develop cost estimates, forecasting tools, and standardized estimating systems Manage subcontractor bids, negotiations, and risk assessments Coordinate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills QuickBooks, Google Sheets & Microsoft Office experience Bookkeeping, invoicing & reconciliations experience Ability to work independently and support company growth Hours: Full-time, with at least 6 hours overlapping U.S. business hours.
