Energy Direct is hiring motivated, ambitious sales representatives in North and South Jersey. We help businesses access utility rebates for commercial HVAC and LED lighting upgrades, substantially reducing the cost of replacing older equipment. This is a door-to-door business sales position. You’ll visit local businesses, speak with owners and decision-makers, introduce the programs, identify potential projects, and follow up with interested customers. What we offer: $3,000-$5,000 monthly base plus commission Gas expenses covered 10 days of hands-on, ride-along training High growth potential and room to take on more responsibility A realistic opportunity for strong performers to reach a six-figure annual earning pace by the end of their first year We’re looking for someone who: Lives locally in New Jersey and has a reliable vehicle Is motivated, ambitious, and willing to learn Is comfortable approaching business owners and starting conversations Can handle rejection and follow up consistently Sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
