Job Description We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee residential buildings in Brooklyn and, at times, in other boroughs. Responsibilities: Travel to properties throughout Brooklyn and other boroughs to inspect buildings Meet with tenants and building superintendents to resolve day-to-day problems Oversee construction and repair work Handle building violations Address rent-related issues Manage other property management matters as they arise Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management (required) Must have a car and be able to drive to properties in Brooklyn and other boroughs Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple buildings Salary: 80000–110000 per year, depending on experience.
