Logistics Manager Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Salary: $75,000–$100,000, depending on experience Location: In-office, with limited flexibility for remote work Position Overview We are seeking a capable, organized Logistics Manager to oversee daily routing, truck schedules, and driver coordination. The ideal candidate is a sharp problem-solver who can manage logistics efficiently, keep deliveries running smoothly, and handle scheduling independently. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage daily delivery routes. Coordinate trucks, drivers, and delivery schedules. Optimize routes for efficiency and timely deliveries. Communicate with drivers and resolve scheduling or routing issues. Monitor daily logistics operations and make adjustments as needed. Schedule & Flexibility Sunday through Thursday, generally 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Sunday hours are limited to the morning. Sunday and Friday offer flexibility to work remotely when handling routing responsibilities. Qualifications Experience in logistics, routing, transportation, or fleet coordination preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to think quickly, work independently, and manage changing priorities. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Must be reliable and comfortable coordinating drivers and trucks in a fast-paced environment.
