About the Role Our client is a growing company in Aventura looking for a hands-on digital marketer to own their email campaigns and paid advertising. This person turns website visitors into leads and leads into customers. You’ll build the email flows that follow up with prospects, run retargeting ads on Meta and Google that bring visitors back, and track what’s working so every dollar is spent smarter. If you like building campaigns yourself and seeing the numbers move, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Email Marketing & Automation Plan, build, and send email campaigns from start to finish Create automated nurture sequences, including follow-ups for people who start but don’t finish a form Segment the email list and personalize messaging by audience A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to improve opens and conversions Paid Advertising & Retargeting Run and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads Build retargeting audiences from website visitors and form abandoners to bring them back Create custom and lookalike audiences to reach new prospects Work on ad copy and creative, and manage budgets for strong cost per lead and return on ad spend Tracking & Reporting Set up and maintain tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4) Monitor performance and report clearly on leads, costs, and results Use data to find what’s working and adjust campaigns quickly What We’re Looking For 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing and paid media Proven experience running retargeting campaigns on Meta and Google Ads Experience with an email/CRM platform such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign Comfortable with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Results-driven, with specific numbers you can share (ad spend managed, cost per lead, conversion lifts) Self-starter who can own the function independently Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus Interested?
