Part time Amazon Account Health Specialist - 2642 A growing e-commerce company is looking for a part time Amazon Account Health Specialist to keep its Seller Central account in good standing and its listings live. You will manage policy violations, performance issues and inventory problems that put the account at risk. Responsibilities Include: Check the Account Health dashboard daily and track the Account Health Rating (AHR), Order Defect Rate, late shipment rate, cancellation rate and valid tracking rate Respond promptly to at-risk and critical status alerts in Seller Central, investigate what triggered them, and resolve the underlying issue before it escalates Monitor policy compliance notifications, including intellectual property complaints, product authenticity and condition claims, restricted product warnings and listing policy violations Write clear, well-documented Plans of Action (POAs) and appeals that address root cause, corrective steps and preventive measures Gather supporting documents such as invoices, supplier letters and safety certifications Manage cases with Seller Support and follow them through to resolution Watch inventory levels, stranded and suppressed listings, and FBA inventory health (aged inventory, excess stock, restock limits) Spot listing errors, ASIN suppressions, and pricing or content issues that hurt visibility or trigger policy flags Reconcile inventory discrepancies and file reimbursement claims for lost or damaged FBA units Keep up with changes to Amazon policies and share what affects the team Build simple checklists and processes that stop recurring issues Report weekly on account health metrics, open cases and risks Ideal Qualifications: Strong attention to detail Calm under pressure and quick to act when an alert turns critical Organized and self-directed, with solid follow-through on open cases Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) for tracking metrics and inventory Hours: Half time, Mon-Fri 9-1 Location: In office To apply, please send your resume to Yosef@bhirednyc.com
