A growing manufacturing company is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Production Manager to take full ownership of its production operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who keeps every order moving accurately, efficiently, and on schedule while maintaining high quality standards. Responsibilities: Oversee production from start to finish, ensuring every order is completed accurately and on or ahead of schedule. Build and manage production schedules, adjusting quickly for rush orders and customer changes. Hire, train, and supervise the production team, keeping them accountable and productive. Manage quality control, inventory, and material purchasing and receiving so production never stalls. Skills: Exceptional organizational skills. Strong leadership and people management. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Ability to stay effective under pressure and handle urgent needs. Requirements: Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes. Kitchen experience is a major plus. Proven ability to manage people, schedules, and multiple projects at once.
