An organizational development survey firm is seeking bilingual English/Yiddish-speaking individuals for part-time, project-based work from home. This role involves conducting customer and patient satisfaction interviews with people within the NYC area. Training is provided for each project, and you have the flexibility to manage your own schedule. Key qualifications •Fluent in English and Yiddish is preferred but not required, with strong English grammar and spelling •Familiarity with Orthodox Jewish communities and cultural sensitivities •A natural, familiar New York–area speaking style and excellent telephone skills •Ability to conduct professional, empathetic patient satisfaction interviews from home •Pleasant, professional, organized, and detail-oriented •Self – starter, dependable, stable, and trustworthy •Comfortable spending time on the phone and available to start immediately •Legally authorized to work in the United States Technical requirements •A PC or laptop; Chromebooks are not compatible with our software •Reliable internet connection •USB wired headset •Ability to obtain and maintain antivirus/malware protection (to be verified) and a VPN (optional but preferred). Compensation and work arrangement Earn $20 or more per hour if completed survey goals of 4-5 per hour are realized.
