Description: Join a fast-growing ABA therapy company as its first senior finance leader, reporting directly to the CEO. This newly created role owns the company's finances end-to-end — cash, capital, collections, and cost — and will build out the finance function as the business scales to the next level. Responsibilities: Oversee revenue cycle and AR collections, including direct oversight of the VP of Revenue Cycle Management Drive margin expansion through budgeting, cost control, and identifying over- and under-spending Manage bank relationships, debt facilities, lease negotiations, and purchase agreements Oversee payroll, AP, bookkeeping, taxes, and the raise process Deliver financial reporting and strategy to the CEO and build out checks, balances, and financial compliance Build and lead a finance team as the department grows Qualifications: Healthcare finance background required; ABA or behavioral health strongly preferred Hands-on experience with AR, collections, and revenue cycle in an AR-driven business Senior candidates should have CFO or finance leadership experience, with a track record of leading and owning financial decisions A builder, not just a maintainer — able to take full ownership with minimal direction
