Seeking a highly capable candidate with product development experience to identify, evaluate, and commercialize packaging products, including recommending sourcing and manufacturing strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Research customer needs, competing products, and packaging opportunities. - Evaluate sourcing economics using total landed cost, duties, freight, quality, and lead time. - Build business cases comparing capital investment, materials, labor, overhead, and expected return. - Find and qualify suppliers; coordinate quotes and samples. - Lead specifications, product testing, production trials, and launch timelines. - Partner with Sales & Marketing on product introductions and track post-launch performance. Candidate Requirements: - Hands-on physical product commercialization and supplier evaluation experience. - Experience assessing sourcing economics and manufacturing feasibility.
