We are seeking a responsible and highly organized professional to assist in the management and daily operations of a group home for individuals with special needs. In this daytime role, you will work closely with leadership to ensure that our facility runs efficiently, maintaining a high standard of care and a supportive environment for all residents. Key Responsibilities: Assist with staff supervision, shift coverage, and daily coordination to ensure consistent staffing levels. Oversee daily routines to guarantee high-quality resident care and the ongoing maintenance of a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and address day-to-day operational issues as they arise. Serve as a primary point of contact for staff, management, and families, ensuring transparent and professional communication. Maintain strict adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Manage essential documentation, including daily logs, incident reports, and administrative records. Advocate for residents' needs, fostering their independence and overall well-being.
