This person works the full deal cycle alongside the real estate team, from first outreach to brokers and on-the-ground site tours through negotiation, underwriting, and every conversation in between. It's a hands-on seat for someone who wants to be in the room where expansion decisions get made and help move deals from first look to close. Key Responsibilities Site Sourcing & Evaluation Help identify and secure new locations to support the company's growth Tour potential sites and evaluate their fit for the organization's needs Broker Relations & Communication Reach out to brokers to uncover and pursue new opportunities Handle all communication throughout the sale process, keeping every party aligned from start to finish Negotiation & Underwriting Negotiate deal terms on behalf of the company Help underwrite potential acquisitions to support sound decision-making Qualifications Ability to travel occasionally Interested?
