We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Director to spearhead our recruitment and onboarding operations during a period of rapid organizational growth. Our organization is dedicated to providing high-quality mental health and peer-to-peer support services, with a specialized focus on integrating Peer Specialists into our clinical teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling our workforce while ensuring that our unique organizational culture is preserved and supported. Responsibilities: Manage recruitment, including posting jobs, reviewing résumés, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Coordinate onboarding and ensure all required paperwork is completed. Maintain employee files and track licenses, certifications, and training requirements. Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns. Assist with attendance, time off, payroll coordination, and performance matters. Help develop and maintain company policies and procedures. Work closely with management to support staff and meet hiring needs. Coordinate employee offboarding and exit paperwork. Requirements & Qualifications: Previous experience in human resources, recruitment, or a similar role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information. Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software. Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred.
