We are seeking an energetic, personable, and persistent Business Development Representative to grow the business side of our platform. The primary responsibility will be reaching out to contractors and service providers, introducing them to our platform, generating interest, and encouraging them to sign up and become part of our network. We are looking for a natural communicator who excels at building relationships, making a strong first impression, and connecting with people from different backgrounds. The ideal candidate will be confident speaking with business owners over the phone, comfortable approaching new people, and able to communicate the value of our platform in a professional, friendly, and engaging way. Success in this role requires initiative, persistence, and the ability to follow up consistently, address initial hesitations, and turn conversations into actual sign-ups. We want someone who knows how to open doors, create opportunities, and get people interested in what we're offering. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision, stay organized, and adapt to the changing needs of an early-stage startup. Strong communication skills, a proactive and resourceful open mindset, and the ability to connect naturally with people are essential. Initially, this will be a project-based opportunity, with the potential to continue on a longer-term basis depending on the company's needs, the candidate's performance, and how the business develops. We're looking for someone who can make a meaningful contribution during this phase and potentially grow along.
