This role will focus on optimizing business platforms, managing technology resources, and improving operational efficiency through innovative solutions. Responsibilities • Oversee business platforms, including CentralReach, Viventium, Microsoft 365, and other systems. • Manage IT vendors, devices, software, and system access. • Lead developers and coordinate technology projects. • Identify and implement AI solutions, automation, and workflow improvements. • Optimize systems and processes to improve productivity and operational efficiency. • Collaborate with leadership and teams across the organization to align technology with business needs. Qualifications • Experience managing technology platforms, business systems, and IT vendors. • Experience overseeing developers and technology projects. • Strong understanding of AI, automation, and workflow optimization. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions. • Healthcare or ABA industry experience preferred.
