Director of Finance – Healthcare A growing healthcare company is seeking an experienced Director of Finance with a strong background in home care . This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the finance department and supporting the company’s financial operations and growth. The Director of Finance will work closely with the Controller and two payroll team members , providing leadership, oversight, and support while ensuring the department runs efficiently and accurately. Key responsibilities: Oversee and support the finance and payroll team Manage staff authorizations and ensure accuracy and compliance Work closely with the Controller on financial operations and reporting Provide leadership, direction, and accountability to the department Identify and improve financial processes and controls Partner with management on financial and operational decisions Requirements: Strong experience in home care / healthcare Previous finance leadership experience Strong understanding of payroll and staff authorizations Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to manage people while remaining hands-on and detail-oriented This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to take on a key leadership role within a growing healthcare organization
