An established Lubavitch Moisad is looking for a: Program Development & Operations Manager This is an opportunity perfect for someone passionate about many of the Rebbe's initiatives. Salary: 60000–80000, depending on experience Community Organization A well-established community organization is seeking a creative, energetic, and highly capable individual to develop, manage, and grow a variety of impactful programs and initiatives. This role is ideal for a true self-starter who can take the seed of an idea and turn it into a well-organized, successful program. The right candidate will combine creativity and big-picture thinking with the practical ability to build systems, solve problems, and get things done. Responsibilities Work closely with organizational leadership to develop ideas into actionable programs Take ownership of projects from the initial concept through planning, implementation, and growth Manage and improve existing programs, processes, and day-to-day operations Identify creative opportunities to expand programs, services, and community impact Create clear systems, workflows, timelines, and follow-up procedures Coordinate with team members, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders Track project progress, address challenges, and ensure initiatives continue moving forward Manage multiple projects while determining priorities and maintaining attention to detail Qualifications Energetic, passionate, and motivated to make a meaningful community impact Strong initiative and the ability to lead projects without requiring constant direction Excellent organizational, operational, and project-management abilities Creative thinker who can identify new opportunities and avenues for growth Strong communication and relationship-building skills Able to turn broad ideas into clear, practical plans Comfortable managing multiple moving parts and following through until completion Responsible, resourceful, and solutions-oriented Relevant experience in operations, program development, project management, or community work is preferred To apply: Send resumes/referrals.
