Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Manage multiple job openings and candidate pipelines Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS Assist with onboarding and general HR projects Qualifications: 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented, professional, and self-motivated ATS and Microsoft Office experience preferred
