About the role A growing home care and healthcare organization is launching in Northern Virginia and needs a Field Business Development Representative to build referral relationships on the ground. You will be the face of the organization in the community, bringing in new clients and referral partners. What you will do Meet in person with referral sources such as physician offices, hospitals, discharge planners, rehab and senior living communities, and community groups Build and keep a pipeline of referral partners, and follow up consistently Represent the organization at local events and in the community Work with the intake team to turn referrals into new clients Track visits, leads and results What we are looking for About 2-5 years in business development, field marketing, outreach or sales. Healthcare, home care or senior services experience is a plus A self-starter who gets things done and follows up without being chased A strong communicator who is comfortable walking into a room and starting conversations Reliable transportation and willingness to travel around Northern Virginia Details Full-time, field-based in Northern Virginia Starting as soon as possible
