Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning. Monitor financial performance across healthcare operations. Provide leadership with financial analysis and strategic recommendations. Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy and timely completion. Develop and maintain strong financial controls and processes. Analyze costs, profitability, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with senior leadership on business and operational strategy. 7+ years of accounting and finance experience required. Healthcare accounting/finance experience required. Strong senior-level financial leadership experience. Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. Strong understanding of healthcare financial operations. Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to see beyond day-to-day accounting functions. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
