Marketing & Leasing Manager Location: Ramsy NJ Salary: $80,000–$100,000 + performance-based bonuses, commensurate with ability and experience Travel: Philadelphia — approximately twice per month Our client is seeking a Marketing & Leasing Manager who can take ownership of both their leasing portfolio and marketing initiatives. This is an opportunity for someone who is naturally confident, creative, energetic, and knows how to get things done.Approximately 50% of the role will focus on leasing, including managing leasing leads, following up with prospects, overseeing the leasing process, and making sure the portfolio remains at its highest level of performance. We are looking for someone who will take ownership of the leasing responsibilities and proactively identify opportunities to improve results.The remaining portion of the position will focus on marketing and digital growth. This includes creating and posting engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms, showcasing the company’s properties, increasing exposure, and helping build the company’s digital presence. Responsibilities: • Manage and take ownership of the leasing portfolio and leasing performance • Manage leasing leads and ensure timely, consistent follow-up with prospects • Take ownership of the leasing process from lead generation through completion • Proactively identify opportunities to improve leasing results and portfolio performance • Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms • Get on camera and confidently showcase the company’s properties • Develop creative marketing initiatives to increase property exposure and engagement • Help grow and strengthen the company’s digital presence • Represent the company and its properties in a professional, authentic, and polished manner • Collaborate with the broader team while independently managing assigned responsibilities • Stay organized, prioritize effectively, and ensure tasks and initiatives are completed • Monitor results and look for new ways to improve both leasing and marketing performance Qualifications: • Natural marketer with an understanding of how to create content that gets attention and drives engagement • Comfortable getting on camera and showcasing properties • Confident and personable, while maintaining a modest, polished, and refined presence • Strong communication and follow-up skills • Proven ability to manage leasing leads and follow through consistently • Ability to take ownership of the leasing process • Self-motivated and able to work as part of a larger team • Strong ability to hustle, prioritize, and get things done • Comfortable using social media platforms and learning new digital marketing tools • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • High standard for the quality of work and presentation • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others • Strong sense of accountability and ownership What This Position Offers: • $80,000–$100,000 salary, commensurate with ability and experience • Performance-based bonus opportunities • PTO • Work-life balance and a supportive company culture • Significant opportunity for professional and financial growth • Opportunity to have real ownership over the company’s leasing and marketing initiatives • Mandatory travel to Philadelphia approximately twice per month to visit and showcase properties
