Associate National Executive Director Lakewood, NJ (Monsey or Brooklyn may be considered for the right candidate) $75,000 - $150,000 (+commissions) Our client is seeking a National Director / Associate Executive Director to help lead its growth in the U.S. This hands on leadership role will focus equally on fundraising and the management and development of programs and operations. The position works closely with organizational and rabbinic leadership to build relationships, strengthen programs, and turn plans into results. Responsibilities: • Lead fundraising campaigns, donor outreach, sponsorships, and fundraising events. • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, Rabbonim, Kehillos, community leaders, and partner organizations. • Arrange meetings with major donors and leadership and develop long term partnerships. • Support marketing and outreach efforts to expand the organization’s reach and support fundraising. • Help manage and grow programs, including rabbinic networks, training and Shimush programs, conferences, community events, and digital initiatives. • Coordinate across staff, rabbinic leadership, and external partners to move projects forward. • Identify new fundraising, program, and partnership opportunities and track progress toward goals. Qualifications: • Proven experience in fundraising, development, nonprofit leadership, or relationship-driven business development. • Strong relationship building, communication, leadership, organizational, and follow-through skills. • Proactive, personable, creative, and comfortable working independently. • Comfortable engaging with donors, Rabbonim, community leaders, and partner organizations. • Familiarity with Halacha and Torah based community structures, with respect for the role of a Rav. This is not a psak position. • Flexible to attend meetings and events outside standard business hours when needed.
