This individual will oversee approximately 26–28 client cases and work closely with BTs/RBTs and BCBAs to ensure schedules are maintained, session notes are completed accurately and on time, required supervision takes place, and staff consistently follow through on their responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who understands the ABA environment, stays on top of details, and proactively addresses issues before they impact clients or operations.
