We’re hiring an experienced bookkeeper who takes ownership, follows through, and keeps our finances organized and up to date. You’ll manage payroll, accounts payable and receivable, collections, and account reconciliations; prepare P&L and cash flow statements; and provide management with clear weekly financial reports, highlighting issues that need attention. The ideal candidate has proven bookkeeping and payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and a warm, Heimeshe woman. You must be able to work independently and resolve issues without constant reminders. QuickBooks experience is required.
