Tax Services Manager Lakewood, NJ (On-site with Hybrid Flexibility) $125,000 – $200,000 per year Our client is seeking a Tax Advisory Services Manager will lead tax engagements and teams, providing strategic tax planning, compliance, and consulting services for healthcare clients, particularly in skilled nursing and long-term care. Responsibilities : • Manage and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for entities, corporations, trusts, and individuals. • Identify tax issues and present planning opportunities to deliver value to clients. • Build strong relationships with healthcare clients through proactive tax guidance. • Lead and mentor staff and seniors, fostering their technical expertise. • Oversee multiple engagements, ensuring high-quality service standards. • Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive client service.
