VP of Manufacturing Operations
Vice President of Manufacturing & Production New York City Metro Area | Full-time onsite Compensation: $200,000–$300,000 Reports to: EVP of Operations Why This Role Exists We need a manufacturing leader who can build for where the operation is going, not just manage where it is today. This role will lead a large, complex production organization and focus on the next 6–18 months : capacity, labor, automation, cost, productivity, leadership depth, and scalability. This is a true leader-of-leaders role. Directors and Managers should own daily execution; the VP should be focused on growth, systems, accountability, and future-state performance. That distinction was central to the hiring-manager calibration. Joel Check In – Transcript What You Will Own Build and execute the manufacturing roadmap for growth.
