What You’ll Be Doing: Leading the Home: Oversee the daily operations of the residence, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all individuals. Managing the Team: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), fostering a positive and supportive workplace. Ensuring Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies, and routine documentation. Coordinating Care: Oversee individuals' person-centered care plans, coordinate medical appointments, and manage house finances and budgets. What We’re Looking For: Prior supervisory or management experience, ideally within a residential setting or the IDD/human services field. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
