Responsibilities include: Managing and following up on work orders Coordinating vendors and contractors with tenants and building superintendents Scheduling and overseeing repairs Following through to ensure all work is completed promptly and correctly Communicating with tenants, supers, vendors, and contractors Experience in property management, maintenance, or facilities management preferred.
