Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA State Director to oversee all operations within the state. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage clinical staff and foster relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities Oversee all ABA operations in the state. Lead the hiring, training, and retention of clinical staff. Collaborate with executive leadership on growth initiatives. Manage budgets and operational performance. Develop relationships with referral sources, schools, physicians, and community organizations. Compensation Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 Location Office located in Brooklyn, NY. Travel is required for this position.
