A big part of that process is making sure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Our compliance team plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the highest standards. What You’ll Do Review, organize, and submit patient documentation Ensure all necessary files are complete, accurate, and approved Maintain and update records, including patient status and follow-ups Escalate and prioritize issues as needed to prevent delays Communicate with patients to assist with medicaid recertification process Maintain communication with medicaid specialist companies to rectify billing issues Support the team in meeting deadlines and compliance goals What We’re Looking For Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage time effectively and work with urgency Accountability and ownership to resolve issues promptly Good communication skills Experience in compliance, auditing, or healthcare administration a plus Benefits: Paid Time Off Paid Training Growth Opportunity To Apply: Email your resume to the address provided!
