Responsibilities Oversee all departments from a financial perspective Establish clear departmental P&Ls and reporting Maintain accurate and transparent financial records Monitor profitability and cash flow Provide management with insights on departmental performance Implement financial controls and hold departments accountable Identify problems and make necessary operational changes Reduce inefficiencies and drive profitability Requirements Strong leadership skills Healthcare experience strongly preferred CPA designation is preferred Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience.
