Position Overview A growing consumer products and e-commerce organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple business functions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers, source and engage top talent, manage candidate pipelines, and drive an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing skills, excellent business partnership abilities, and a passion for identifying and attracting high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate, operational, technical, and customer-facing positions Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Actively and passively source candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels Screen candidates and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring process Create active and passive candidate pipelines and develop talent pools for future hiring needs Provide guidance and market insights to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Manage offer negotiations and support candidate onboarding activities Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate applicant tracking system records Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience sourcing passive candidates and managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools Retail, e-commerce, consumer products, distribution, or corporate recruiting experience preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation & Benefits $95,000-$120,000 salary, based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Career growth opportunities within a growing organization Collaborative and team-oriented environment Exposure to business leaders and strategic hiring initiatives About the Employer The employer is an established New York-based retailer and e-commerce firm serving photographers, creators, businesses, and technology enthusiasts for over 50 years.
