An ABA company is looking to hire a Recruiting Manager to lead recruitment and onboarding operations. The candidate will manage the recruiting team, handle recruitment pipelines and processes, oversee onboarding and compliance, and implement AI automation. Skills and Requirements • Prior experience in recruitment or onboarding. • Background in healthcare or multi-state operations. • Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and similar platforms. • Strong familiarity with AI tools and automation. • Organized, motivated, and dedicated approach.
